Once an order has been shipped, risk of loss passes to you. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your order is lost in transit, please contact the carrier for resolution.
6. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at hello@vybesnacks.com within 7 days of receiving your order. You must provide a photo of the issue along with your order details. We will assess the issue and may issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.
We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Minor packaging variations
- Delayed shipments due to carrier issues
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, logos, and product descriptions, is the intellectual property of Vybe Snacks or used with permission. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any content without prior written consent.
Unauthorized use of any Vybe Snacks trademarks or branding is strictly prohibited.
